BaconLeadership LLC works with California K-12 school districts and nonprofit organizations that need more than advice. They need experienced support in three connected areas: fiscal operations, leadership development, and change management.
Who we are
The firm is led by Keith Bacon, who has spent more than a decade in progressive fiscal and administrative leadership roles across California K-12 education. That experience includes serving as Chief Business Official and directing fiscal services for school districts and a regional occupational program. It also includes board-level fiscal guidance for a San Bernardino County nonprofit serving vulnerable families.
